Annual Report 2007

We are delighted to present our first annual report as an NHS Foundation Trust. This annual report also covers the period as an NHS Trust up to 31st July 2006.
2006/07 has been another successful year. There have been many achievements, the main one being authorisation as an NHS Foundation Trust. Becoming a Foundation Trust enables local people and staff to be more involved in making decisions about their hospitals. The Trust has greater flexibility to develop services that meet the needs of its local community.

Annual Report 2006

We are delighted to present our thirteenth Annual Report and possibly the last as an NHS Trust as we bid to achieve the coveted NHS
Foundation Trust status.
The year started with the Trust achieving a three star rating, for the third time in four years, a feat achieved by very few hospitals across
the country. The Trust is the only three star organisation throughout the whole of the Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire Strategic
Health Authority area.

Annual Report 2005

We are delighted to present to you our Annual Report for the year covering the 1st April 2004 to the 31st March 2005.
This has been another successful year during which the staff of this Trust have continued to make dramatic improvements in the services that we offer to our public. These achievements are particularly impressive when measured alongside the very real pressures on every
sector within the NHS. |
